"Might want to compare prices with other stores so you can stay in business"
"Worst pharmacy you could ever go to . Was in line for 15min waiting at 12:15 . Finally my turn and they tell me they are closing for lunch at 12:30 even though I waited here way before 12:30 . Was very rude and not willing to help. I would understand if I just showed up but I was waiting in line the whole time and now I don’t get helped because THEY took their sweet time helping person in front of me . They were just eager to take break and not help next person that’s why they dragged on with the person who was before me . Having my doctor switch pharmacist ASAP"
"I have always had an excellent experience every time I have visited CVS. Everyone is so helpful. Especially at the checkout. They go out of their way to help me every time I’ve been to a CVS. Keep up the good work. Thank you all for going out of your way to help me."
"Just sat in line for ten minutes waiting to pickup my prescription and when I got to the window they closed. When I went inside, the pharmacist said they were closed and I told him I had been sitting in line for ten minutes and I needed my medication. I asked if they could ring it up in front and he said no. Horrible customer service."
"The level of customer service, communication skills and professionalism is low at the pharmacy. It's obvious that the staff choose who to greet and serve instead of on a first-come-first-serve basis. I waited longer than necessary only to discover that my prescription order wasn't complete. I was told that I would be notified when my medicine is ready. It's now a day later and I'm still waiting for that notification. What an inconvenience."
