"We arrived to the hotel late in the evening on 12/28/23 after traveling for 9 hours from MS. I was glad to meet Ms. Val who checked us in! She was so courteous and professional she made sure we had everything we needed each and every day. I really appreciate her helpfulness. We'll be back for another stay. "I should have read the reviews! I hated the area. Busy retail street and this was the only hotel on it. The area was not welcoming and neither was the hotel. Older hotel that has had updates done but shabbily. Bed was super hard and I didn’t sleep well at all. Actually feel like I overpaid!"

"Worst experince staying at a hotel in my life. Ive never been so frustrated or disgusted. The first room they put us in was not clean and there was throw up on the counter, the second room was fine, however a hour after we left for an event i received a call saying we were being moved to another room and my back would be available for pick up at the counter. Our third room was without ac and when we went in it was 80 degrees in the bedroom, i went back down to the counter and she gave us a fourth room that was already occupied when we opened the door. Never, ever, never, ever, ever again would i stay nor would i recommend!"

"The staff/service was very friendly and fast. They have a light breakfast in the morning and have ample parking in the lot. However the hotel is older and not very well maintained. The hallway smelled of smoke. I was concerned about the demographic due to the warning signs up at the reception desk. The room, including the bathroom was not cleaned well. Hair lined the perimeter of the bathroom and tub. The smoke alarm was missing and the curtains were quite dirty. The room had poor lighting that was not connected to the main switch at the door. Location was convenient to the main highway. At the significant pricepoint, I expected something different. It was booked to capacity so I was told we had the last available room."
