"My highest regard for outstanding customer service goes to Joe, pharmacy manager!!!!!! Joe went above and beyond to help me with a situation that could have landed my husband in the emergency room. The hospital omitted a prescription for insulin, it was Friday night and almost impossible to reach a doctor to resolve the issue. Even though the pharmacy closed at 9:00 p.m., Joe stayed to help get the prescription filled. He has always been one of the best pharmacists I have ever dealt with and I will be calling corporate so he can be acknowledged for his exceptional customer service. Thank you Joe for all you do!!!!"

"This place has been a joke ever since we moved to the area. The staff is very slow, it takes forever to fill a prescription let alone get a vaccine! We started going to the Walgreens on St. street in Geneva. Save yourself sometime and do the same!!!"
