"I will be taking my pharmacy business elsewhere. Carina the pharmacist is rude and unprofessional. They didn’t know how to use the computer and left me confused, and kept suggesting I was in the wrong place.... I know what I’m doing, but they don’t. When they finally gave me my medication (because I was in the right place believe it or not) she didn’t help me understand the medication and didn’t even offer to give me information on it, and it was my first time taking it!!! I just left because I didn’t want to deal with that woman anymore. I typically love the CVS staff, but I had to move and therefore had to change pharmacies, I’m willing to drive back where I used to live to avoid this pharmacy. I would consider teaching her how to treat customers. And if you are a customer, go somewhere else!!"

"Doesn't check other CVS pharmacies if your medication is not in stock. If u just saw a doctor and the doctor wants you to take a prescription medication and they don't have it stock. That's it. My husband needed eye drops for eye ball swelling . Called me they would have it in four days because they don't have it stock. That's it. As a pharmacy when prescription medications are ordered it means the patient needs to start taking the medication. This CVS in Batavia IL also lies at least to me. DON'T GO THERE. I go to CVS 24 hour in St Charles. They are consistent with filling your medications"

"Disappointing. I went to ask the pharmacy staff for some help when looking for an alternative to a product not in stock. I was told in a condescending tone "did you use google? It's a great tool when you don't know something". I was just looking for a suggestion from a professional and thought it was handled poorly. The staff member did not attempt to help but to rather suggest that I use my phone for answers."
