"Wow! Have they changed! There were 2 cashiers waiting for customers, how nice was that? There were plenty of self checkouts available. The staff is friendly. But most importantly there were no customers fighting or running thru the isles swearing and intimating other customers. It has taken me almost 2 or 3 years to return because of past experiences. So if you witnessed that as well in the past, it appears to be all good now."
"There is an old man by the exit asking to verify my receipt. He's just so mean about it. Never asks just demands it. I've made many compliments to corporate, nothing has ever been addressed. He doesn't do this to white people, just me when I'm there (I'm a minority). He even questioned my oldest if she had anything in her pockets before as we were walking out. I flat out asked him if he was a racist and just looked at me and walked away."
"BUYER BEWARE, tire purchase, store #5352 Batavia IL. Bought and paid for 4 tires 2 weeks ago online. Scheduled install and confirmed appointment for 2/2/24. Arrived to find out they did not have right equipment to install my tires. Spoke to store manager Anthony Hernandez telling him I had no way too transport the tires to another location for install. He offered me a $20.00 gift card on a $700.00 purchase but no solution to get my tires installed. I drove "ONE HALF MILE" to a Mavis Tire Center. They went and picked up the tires AT NO CHARGE and scheduled an immediate appointment to get them installed. REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Anthony might want to take a lesson on providing great customer service from a professional customer service manager. PS, Anthony also tried to say it was not his issue since the car was not inspected prior to installation. WOW!!!"
"This facility is fairly clean and has a vast selection of everything in all departments. The bakery is quite large with a variety of goods. The shoe section is quite expansive and for growing children is the best choice as the shoes last about two years before they should be replaced. It's accessibility to all the towns on the fox makes it ideal for the community. Highly recommend this Walmart above most others."
