"The self serve dog wash station is amazing!!! You get 10 min and it sprays the soap, flee & tick wash, deep conditioner and then rinse. My dog has never been cleaner. The blow dryer was amazing as well he was 90% dry before getting in the car. I would highly recommended this place to everyone. Will be coming back!!"

"Never again will we use or recommend Wood Beach. We had a very traumatic and hurtful experience with our European Doberman! They are not well capacitated or trained to handle large breed dogs! Our dog escaped the Batavia facility! The way things were handled starting from the manager and other employees made it worse. Very poor customer service towards us. We paid thousands of dollars for our dog to be trained to have this happen. There needs to be more safety measures and protocols for the safety of the pets and customers. I will not go into details because of the severity of the situation!"
