"Nice employees... good service.. only complaint I have is that I called two days ago and set up the appointment for my dog. We discussed what all would be done for the cost of $50.... Dropped him off this morning early and they called later on to let me know he was ready to go... For $73.87.. I was confused, for sure.. in hindsight, I should've asked why it wasn't $50......"

"I had two dogs groomed here and it was an amazing experience. First I want to acknowledge how peaceful and quiet all the animals were. It’s like they were all at home. I literally never heard one dog barking. The energy of the groomers and the owner definitely shines at the first reason I am giving a five star review. Secondly the work that had to be done on my toy Maltese was extensive and she looks amazing. I absolutely believe that this is the best grooming salon in Parker county. The owner graciously did her very best to make sure that they both looked amazing and had a positive experience. Without a doubt they earned a loyal long time customer from me today!"

"Apparently they don’t like dogs that bark because they’re near a restaurant. May I suggest noise canceling insulation in your walls? When are they gonna be that close to other businesses. And they have some thing against doodles. Paid $75 and got half of the service because they said my dog was acting up, he had already been to another groomers and did just fine in the past. I was warned to go there but was desperate. Do not use them."

They brought us the wrong dog after waiting 50 minutes, We told Michelle and she said “I didn’t groom your dog’ as you can tell by the 3 day old sheers they used this was a hack job? Came back to me with my dog in a Bag. We sat there and watched many other dogs leave look good, they brought my other dog out, he didn’t look good either."
