After they've picked up their stuff and are leaving? For EVERY CUSTOMER?! I can see why the reviews are so low on this location."

"Pamela is a very rude woman, my husband was buying a soft drink for our lunch that we were eating there and our declined so as he was going out to the truck to get the cash, she rudely said, "don't take out with that drink". Not much offends my husband and he felt very embarrassed by her demeanor. She is needs to be fired or just not work customer service. 0 stars"

"I stopped here for lunch, and was impressed by the friendly, professional staff. The store was having inventory done, but every member of the team took a moment to greet all of their customers, and take care of them as if nothing else was going on. I ordered the Classic Reuben from the grill, and was pleasantly surprised by the high quality for the price. I will definitely stop here again. Top notch customer service!"
