"Whoever runs the pharmacy needs to be canned. How can you tell an old man his prescription is ready only to have him wait in line 3 times because you guys couldn’t fulfill your job requirements. Have some human compassion and at least try to pretend to give a darn."
"Hate the parking lot and driveways at the South Main location in Weatherford. It is too narrow, too small, and too tight of turns to get in and out at that intersecion. There is no way of using this location if you have a trailerintersection. your vehicle. Please reco sidereal reopening the pharmacy atthe Brookshires store in Westherford."
"If I could rate this place, no stars or negative stars, I absolutely would. Parents. I highly advise you pick a different pharmacy for your kid's prescriptions, I have been waiting 6 hours for an antibiotics prescription for my daughter and I have been here three times and every time they tell me 20 to 30 minutes and I've been waiting for six hours."
"My MIL's medication was called in from the hospital I called at 8:00 pm and they said it would be 45 minutes so we come in at 10:30 pm and they said it's not ready and said they're working on it. We pay and leave and found out they didn't send our debit card and I called and I'm still on hold. Very poor customer service."
"Here's the thing, we all live in a small community. So we'd like to keep and express small town values and take care of each other. This review has to do with how we treat each other. My daughter left her phone in the bathroom. She'd worked a long shift at a local restaurant and had a moment of forgetfulness. We've all been there. She was able to contact me and I called up there, thinking hey...it's my town...they'll help. NOPE. I called several times with no answer. Finally I asked to connect to the pharmacy, as it's late, I explained what is going on and let them know my daughter is on the way to grab the phone and if they could just make sure it's still in the bathroom and possibly grab it for us, and I get a lady who was so bothered that she literally sighed and hung up on me. That's not small town. That's not community. Honestly, if you're working in a position that is supposed to encompass compassion (the pharmacy where we get our medication) then please find another job as you're not a good fit. If you're too busy to help "outside of your scope" at 11:30 at night, then you're in the wrong town and position. I hope that if you leave something behind one day then the person you seek help from has more compassion than you did. Do better."
