"Placed a pickup order at 930am. Had to call store at 545pm to see about the status. Order wasn't filled until 7pm. We had the day off work but couldn't do any of the project since order wasn't filled. Huge waste of time."

"Just about anything you need for your house and outdoors can be found here. We like the way you can look at the website on line and it will tell you if it's in the store or needs ordered. What I don't like is self checkout. Yes, all stores are going to this shopping mode, but it doesn't mean the public likes it."
