Everyone was extremely kind and helpful communicating my warranty options. I’ll definitely keep using Zales in the future for all my jewelry."

"Khalijhia inspected my wedding set at the Pearland location. She was very engaging and respectful. She was also very detailed oriented when inspecting my jewelry. She made sure everything that needed to be repaired on my set was highlighted in her report. I was extremely pleased with my experience. Lastly, the manager was also very professional with her greeting."

"I went to pick up rings that I sent off to be fitted today and the girl who helped me at the front desk was super sweet and professional. I didn’t get her name but she was a pretty African American girl with glasses. I thought she was the manager as the last time I came she helped an employee when the employee was having trouble. Another girl named Skyler who helped me send off my rings to be sized. She was knowledgeable and super nice as well"

"If I could leave a review and give no stars, I absolutely would because they do not deserve even one. I’ve been met with nothing but rude, disrespectful, and condescending communication from multiple associates at this location but especially Mario. The only reason I came back to this location to do business because the first associate I met, Adi, was very kind and helpful and seems to be the only person with those demeanors. However, unfortunately she was only there temporarily and works at another location. I still continued to do business at this location because it is the closest Zales to me and I did not anticipate the mannerism I’ve been dealing with so far. My first issue, I felt as if I was not met with kindness or a ‘welcoming’ attitude until it was discovered I was actually purchasing something at that moment. Thinking back on it now, if I wasn’t so eager and excited to make this purchase (I’ve wanted it for along time) I would’ve left right after I got that vibe. After I made my purchase I left it that same day to get sent into repairs due to some changes I wanted to make on it. Which leads to my second issue, every time I called after with questions in regard to my repair, I received the run a around and as I mentioned earlier, attitudes and rude communication. One call that stuck with me tremendously and led to me being so upset with Zales is that when I called having concern that the requests I was giving was not being passed along to the repair shop, Mario condescendingly laughed and stated to me “Well there’s nothing else we can really do, all we can do is put in a note and if the repair shop doesn’t see it I mean i don’t know what else to say,”… Overall to make a long story short, this experience has made me question doing business with Zales as a franchise ever again. I will say I am never coming to this location again to do business and will definitely not recommend anyone to come here."

"On August 22nd I walked in the door at 6:28 to get my ring inspected and clean and the gentleman told me the last call was 6:30 for inspections. All of my jewelry and my husband jewelry have came from Zales but since the gentleman didn’t have time to perform customer service at 6:28 and I looked at my phone to see if it was 6:30 and it was 6:29 and informed me to come back tomorrow at an earlier time. As long as I have been coming to this Zales, I have never heard of this policy! Definitely will Not return to this one! I will bring my business else where!"
