Walmart Supercenter 10505 Broadway Street, Pearland, TX 77584

"One of the worst places you can ever go to. Its the superstore of Pearland and they barley have people to serve. Most of the workers, either high or old. You request a manager and the manager will never show up and you can definitely see that the GM isn’t managing right from the entrance of the door. The Waiting line for the money service takes you more than 15 min each person. So expect to wait about 3 hours if its a long line and ok Friday, One station open only and employees start throwing the jobs on each other instead of helping out and getting those people out of the way. Very disappointing for a superstore in Pearland, definitely emailing corporate. I was waiting on the service line for more than an hour and no one helped the employee on the station or called me a manager after requesting it from 4 different employees."

"Horrible customer service! Most Walmarts have horrible customer service but GOSHH. This Walmart has certain items in locked cases which is fine and I understand…. As long as there is someone available to open them. 9/10 you’re going to be waiting on someone with the key. Or they can’t find your item when you get to the register. No one wants to help, everyone looks miserable. Walmart needs to do better…. All locations!"

"So we went to the auto Center this afternoon to get a battery for my husbands car. We selected the battery that was within the group needed. Instead, they installed a more expensive battery and installed it without authorization. The large gentleman refused to install the battery selected and pointed to the battery book that only notes that they will not honor the warranty if it is not within the group which this one is, he was argumentative and simply said it wasn’t HIS policy to install it if we wouldn’t buy the battery he wanted us to. I pulled up the QR code on their signage found the exact same battery and the gentleman walked off. He also refused to even let us pay the advertised rate to install the battery even though installation is said to be free because again we refused to pay for the battery he selected. Poor customer service to say the least. Devon who initially waited on us was amazing and embarassed by his co workers attitude. Shout out to him!!!!!!! I mean I do have a few extra minutes if he needs to be taught how to install a battery it literally took me 4 minutes in the parking lot."

"I came in before 8 for customer service center. Had no idea they were not open til then. I asked and the employee what time and she said “ 8! 8! Don’t you see the sign?!” Obviously I did not. I asked a simple question. No need for her to be so hostile."

"First time doing curbside at this location and it’s horrible. Have a scheduled window for pick up and even though you make it during your time window your wait is an hour+. Definitely do not recommend unless you’re trying to wait over an hour for your curbside order. I will stay to shopping at HEB curbside."
