"This is the 3rd occasion I've arrived at this store at 10:30 and it was locked. Opening hours are 10 am. The young lady at the counter saw the other customers and I standing outside and never acknowledged us even after one of them knocked on the window to get her to open the door. When she FINALLY opened the door, we were not greeted, nor did she apologize for the wait."
