"I don’t ever write reviews but I am beyond disappointed with both of my dogs grooming service. We had scheduled appointments for 3:00pm & 4:00pm. Once arriving I filled out forms on how we wanted their haircuts (they are doodles). After a while I notice it’s been a little over 4hrs. I understand it the service takes a while so I call to get an update and they tell me they would be ready in another hour. They weren’t ready til 9pm. I walk into all 3 staff standing around talking. My dogs were tied up to the grooming tables. As soon as they notice us they try and finish up their haircuts. They had shaved my dogs down completely. No where near what I had filled out (which the receptionist helped me as well) we agreed to not have them cut too short. My smaller dog has a patchy haircut & had 2 cuts on his belly. The picture shows how low they cut their hair. They weren’t matted either. Very disappointed."
"My baby looks absolutely gorgeous. They were very professional. Definitely worth the price ,the haircut, bath, and nail cutting $60. If you have a pet in the valley this is the place you’re looking for."
