"I just went to that HEB around 7pm to get some muenster cheese at Deli counter, the guy who was there he had a bud attitude not even says hello neither says thank you. Seems like he has a bud day today he was with that big angry face. I'll never going back to buy anything else at that Dali sector."

"Ever store has their cheap good prices we can afford it now getting harder every time you shop with prices going so high. Especially when there's a lot of damaged food being transported they can't eat them they come with damaging materials like Halloween candy and foods with worms and lots more. And when you take the item back they don't refund on damaged me at any won't take it back. HEB They don't know and care if you only had a little amount to buy the food they only sell. I do need it back every money I lose I need for groceries. but And so quick they tell you there's nothing I can do. I have bought meat and lost a good $200.00 through out the pandemic and now. Please advise the buyers before the buy the meats. Thank you and Happy holidays Joyce Garcia"

"What is up w customer service at this store? I am calling San Antonio. I have been holding back but most of the store employees are rude or have no desire to help. I had left a review the other day w 3 stars today 1 star. The employee at the self checkout was treating me like I was a thief. HE DECIDES to call a Mgr on himself...and changes his story when she arrives. She was no help..then another Mgr came and was no better. I get ptsd coming to this store. I am calling San Antonio."
