"Bought a necklace from Emporium Jewelry and my wife wore it only once and was painfully pinching her little hair on the neck. Absolutely impossible to wear. Later I bought some earrings from them that weren't what my wife wanted and I asked them if we could trade in a necklace and earrings for something for the same value and they said sure. When we came in again found pretty equal trade and at first they told us they would trade. The rep talked to his manager, the guy I actually spoke to before and they refused, asking for more money and offering me half of what I paid . We are completely disappointed by Emporium Jewelry. Two time buyer and doesn’t seem like they care about repetitive buyers. On top of that I had a conversation by phone with them after I left a review and saying to the customer "DON'T BE BULLY," absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Won’t buy from them again for sure. Look for another place who wants you to leave happy and not only sell you something."
"I wanted to return the ring as it did not fit my finger and did not look as nice as on the website. This was label as free return without return label. It was required the postage stamp from US to India. The owner asked me to ship the ring back with $4.00. I brought a tiny package to the post office and paid $17.50 as the cheapest price to international. I sent the receipt to the seller and he did not pay me the postage fee. He negotiated to pay only 50% of that. I have not received that after more than 2 months of return date. Be careful with this scam."
