"Don’t come here unless you have to. Always understaffed. And the employees are never happy about that. Waiting in line to check out while someone gets a piercing is a terrible business model-close the piercing booth if there is one employee."
"I went with my daughter to get her ear pierced and we met with the most kind, very professional, polite, sells rep, max. She made my daughter feel very welcomed and safe and was very sweet and caring and informative during her ear piercing. We have been to Claire’s previously for other piercing but have never met a sells rep as sweet as max. I hope she continues to work there. Overall our experience was wonderful"
"I’ve just left the store very disappointed. I went to get piercing and the lady was not attentive. She didn’t even ask where I would like my piercing done, didn’t compare to my other side which I wanted to match and she took my hands off when I tried to show her because she had already cleaned up. How can I proceed to have it done like that? I felt that instead I was buying a service she was making a favor to me… She was like angry to do her job."
"I like to take my daughter here because it has a lot of cute things for her, but don’t expect to be greeted or helped. We bought $50 worth of stuff and we were never spoken to. Wwhen we were ready to check out, we stood at the register with no acknowledgment, and the only employee was putting necklaces on a spinner. I thought I saw her look up a couple of times and ignore us, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and walked over there and I told her we were ready to check out. She didn’t look up from what she was doing, and just said, “I’ll be there in a minute. “At this point I had to leave the store because I was irritated and my husband had to purchase the items and the girl was very rude to him too. This was on Saturday at noon."
"Took my daughter to get her ears pierced, earrings ended up falling off a week later due to the worker not tightening the hook at the back, mind you this was after we mentioned to her several times that we didn’t think it was tight enough. Anyways we called Claire’s to let them know the piercing fell off & they said we would have to purchase a whole new kit because it was 8 days later and the supposedly cutoff is 7 days. Also wanted to note that we called multiple times and spoke to different people and they all gave different answers on why they couldn’t repierce my daughters ears."
