"Today I was at Michael Kors in Katy Mills because my husband bought me a purse last year for Christmas. I used this purse 2 times and now it is broken. The employee saw that the purse is with no use at all. Unfortunately I don't have the ticket but I have the tag. She told me " is nothing to do" . I have a designer purse all broken."
