"Not sure if this place is out of business, or maybe they only open when the mall is busy? I went by at 12:30 on a Thursday afternoon, the gate was down and no one was inside. It looked like the inventory was still there. I walked around the mall for a while and went back by on the way out almost an hour later and it was still closed. So, don't make a special trip to go here because they might not even be open. I can't speak to the inventory or prices because I didn't get to see any of it."

"Where do I begin. Posting anonymously for obvious reasons. Coworker interaction awful. One girl always talks bad about peers behind our backs, but we get blamed for it because the manager only believes her. Does nothing about it when brought up to him. Manager is barely there and when contacted, ignores you or brushes past the point. After a year of working (took 3 months away and came back) I never got a raise. $10 a hour doesn’t pay the bills. When I resigned, I was met with swearing, name calling and basically “good luck finding somewhere else”. Manager also speaks to colleagues about you. So nothing is kept secret. Only posting for people considering giving their business here and/or applying. Don’t waste your time with Crystalogy, go to more ethical places!"

"This place is by far one of the worst rudest place!!! The reason why I’m even writing this review is so that other people don’t go through the same experience we had today at this store!! So when we walked in to this store and looking around for some stones with my sister in law and my kids after a few minutes my sons cart fell down which had a drink in the cup holder so it spilled on their floor and my sister in law being nice said to the workers can we get some napkins or something to clean up the mess and during that time my son got nervous and started crying and screaming my son who is 4 years old and the white guy came and asked us to get out of the store because my son is crying and screaming as my sister in law was trying to clean up the mess he told her just don’t clean take your stuff and get out, and i instantly went to him and told him that he’s just a kid he got scared/ nervous of all the situation so you need to stop being so rude to us but no instead of being thankful that we spend money at their store and tried to clean the mess ourselves he was just saying to us to get out such an unprofessional person with no good attitude towards his customers never going here in my life again you don’t go to a place to spend money and get disrespected such a disgusting person even the other customer left his shop as he was being rude and disrespectful unnecessarily!!!"

"this place has the most rudest employee ever he’s a medium sized chubby white male that was making multiple racist comments towards my family. He had literally kicked us out of the store the literal second our kid started crying. He was very rude and disrespectful towards my family and it was the most disgusting behavior. I regret spending 75 DOLLARS at this store just to get this treatment afterwards."

"The two young ladies that work there are very nice. My first time going was for my birthday (my daughter told me about them). I bought a rose quartz necklace and sage. In love with the quality of both. My second time was a few week after my birthday and I went to get palo santo! A win. I also bought my daughter a rose quartz bracelet. She loves it. I did not go in for incense but seen them and I bought Lavender and Palo Santo! Smells so good in my home. I will be going back soon!"
