"First time here in about 10 years. Had a horrible experience the first time I went to build a bear and never wanted to go back until today. My son wanted build a bear and nothing else for his birthday. hesitant I took him. And I am happy I did!!! Simone was so patient and gentle with my son he was excited and all over rather place but her and leslie made it a great experience, they changed my opinion on build a bear i will definitely be back. My son had the best birthday Thanks to these 2. They are so helpful and explain everything and accommodate you to the fullest of their ability."

"I went there to get my daughter her birthday bear she is turning 2 next week and I had to pay full price along with a 10 dollar gift card they gave me. I'm already registered in the system I asked one employee about the birthday bear paying the price of how old my daughter is or will be and she said I was correct, than got the animal my daughter wanted got it stuffed than at the register I was told I was wrong and it's only for the birthday partys I'm glad my mother was with me cuz I only had enough to pay 2 dollars for the bear and 7 dollars for a t shirt for the bear. Iwont be going back i think this will be the last time going to build a bear if they can even honor what I read and charge the full price anyways"

"First time coming to this location and I couldn't be more happy! I came today and got a Chase Paw Patrol sound and bear and I have no words! The employees really cared about their customers and checked on them when they needed help. Lauren helped me out today and was so sweet. She asked if I needed help and I felt heard. I did want to look around some at the store. Not to mention, they had sports gear for your bear and graduation outfits! They were adorable. I didn't have too much time to look but I will be back BEARY soon to get another! Thank you Beary much for making my day 10x better!"
