"I like James Avery and their jewelry very much. I had a bracelet that the clasp broke, and when I called and asked about it, I was told to take it to a store, and it would be replaced. This was the first time I had been to this shop, as I was in the shopping center. I rook it in. The nice lady said they would send it back to Kerrville. She then said that it would be a weak to 10 days, no problem. She then called me back several hours later, saying that her manager came in and said that I would have to pay $150 to replace it. Customer care?!? I went back and picked it up, talking it to another store to happily have it replaced. Very strange, indeed... sounded to me that someone wanted an$150 payday."
