"The employees are petty. My daughter worked there and they stopped scheduling her with no explanation whatsoever. The girl that took over scheduling didn't like her for some reason (she didn't fit "their kendra mold", I suspect), and chose to give her ZERO hours week after week. What a ridiculously immature way to run a store!"

"Did not feel comfortable in this store. I was not greeted at all when I walked in but the people behind me were. Upon entrance we were also told not to touch any food/snacks they had out… No one seemed to want to help but one associate who was super sweet that made sure we were finding everything okay and letting us know that if we needed any help to let her know. Disappointed in this Kendra store. Most of the staff was dismissive, did not enjoy this store. 0/10 do not recommend."
"One of my favorite Kendra Scott store. Great location in Southlake Town Square. Neat store and great courteous staff. There is a lot of parking around the store but during weekends the square is packed so you may have to park a bit farther and walk. I generally buy during Birthday month discount but today i went as i lost one earring from the pair I bought recently and they give you same new earring for half price to you. Not a bad deal."
