They took a lot of time to explain the repair and how long they would have my diamonds. The repair was completed early and my ring has never looked better!"

"I went to the store to have the clip of my earrings adjusted. Fully expected to leave it there for repair, even though it only needed a small adjustment. Kyle offered to take care of it while I waited, was done in a few minutes and he even cleaned it and returned it with a smile. While I waited I admired their beutiful collection of jewelry seemingly at fair prices. I will definitely return to purchase something as it is highly recommended by everyone in the community."

"They stand behind their work. I took a new onyx stone bracelet to have the leather strap reduced to fit me and they cut it too short. I took it back after 1 day fully expecting them to push back and not honor the work performed but they stepped without any fuss from me and and made it right. They were able to lengthen the strap so it fits perfectly now. This was a small job for them and not everything goes as planned but they accepted responsibility and solved the problem."

"I wanted to support a local business instead of a major jeweler so I went here, horrible mistake. Zero customer friendly policies, you are better off working with a major jeweler that has policies in place to protect customers. Bought the wrong gift my wife already had a similar piece, and needed to return two days later. Sales rep I worked with had no mention of zero return policy and they would not take back a $2,000 piece purchased 2 days prior. Still in the box, honestly felt like I was working with a pawn shop not a respectable local business .sign should be on the wall stating all returns are final. Insane business practices to benefit them and not their customers."
