"This was my favorite Walgreens til I came across the young Karen with a mask at this location yesterday. Walgreens needs to train these people properly. They don't know or understand policy. If a customer presents their drivers license and doesn't want it scanned IS policy per corporate. This young girl obviously doesn't know better. Why does this keep happening? Not looking for a confrontation but some over confident employees are."

"0 stars if I could. Always something when trying to get my medication. 1) app states medication is ready, pharmacy states otherwise. 2) don't put medication through insurance. Waited 3 weeks for them to do their job and was lied to about it. 3) "forgot" to ship a fedex from the store for medication delivery. 4) unable to online order due to... some reason the pharmacist didn't even know. It is just constant with this pharmacy. I'm done. Going to CVS or Wal-Mart going forward. I don't have time for their nonsense. People take medication to live, and clearly they're not trained properly to understand this."

"The pharmacy staff is amazing. Literally all the techs are so personal and hands on. They all know my name & my situation and react swiftly to help me whenever I need. The pharmacist Diane is an amazing person & I wish her nothing but good things. The other pharmacist is ok. Tami is also wonderful!"

"TL;DR: this location is poorly managed and should be avoided. Went for some school vaccines. The pharmacy had 1 of 3 of them, told me I needed an appointment (I walked out, booked the appointment in the car, and walked back in) and turned me away because they couldn't process my insurance. Immediately after, the Walgreens down the street gave my son all 3 vaccines without an appointment and didn't have any problems with my insurance. I can only assume this location is managed poorly and has incompetent staff. I will not return."

"Literally zero times in the past few months have I been able to get my medicine without an issue. It doesn't matter if I call it in a week ahead of time, they will reliably either not have it in stock or, if I get lucky, it will be "processing" in which case I will have to wait half an hour for someone who actually knows how to "process it" to actually do so. This pharmacy used to be perfectly fine at actually dispensing medicine and I don't know what changed."
