"We are very happy with the turnout of our patio and outdoor kitchen. We wanted to have an outdoor space that would extend out from our home and have plenty of room for our guests and a large built-in grill/smoking area. Our neighbor down the street recommended Magnolia Patio and we were able to see the completed work firsthand. We met with Wesley who came out to visit with us and to listen to what we wanted. He then went back and had their team create virtual designs which helped us with our vision. After making some changes, the team completed the designs and renderings to submit to our HOA. After 7 days, we were given the green light to start. Jim was our project manager and orchestrated making our dreams come true. We were given daily updates of the work as well as what was next in the process. We did make some changes through the project. Jim would discuss the ideas, make any suggestions, and would smoothly make the changes. Every trade from framer to concrete work to painter worked cleanly. Debris was always picked up and after 3 months of work, you can’t see the tracks from the front to the back. Our new outdoor living space is beautiful and a functional extension of our indoor living space. I would highly recommend them for your dream project."

"We would recommend Magnolia Patio Covers as they did a great job with our screened porch addition, patio, and pergola. We received bids from other contractors and were impressed with the professionalism and detail of Magnolia. The porch looks like it is original to the house and not added on. The stamped concrete overlay encompassed the existing patio, new porch and patio. We are using the built in barbecue grill and pizza oven all the time. Magnolia also installed our new hot tub without issues. Our project manager, Mike, oversaw the many sub contractors and coordinated the project. Our salesperson, Bryan, stayed in contact throughout the project and was in communication with the project manager and ourselves. Everything looks great and we are happy with our decision!"
