He kinda just said he didn't know what she was talking about, and she could look in the back. Very rude, not helpful so, after she went to the back to look for IT, not knowing what IT looked like, she walked out. They were not busy, and she was the only customer there. We haven't lived in Texas for 27 years, I guess woman are still treated the same here. You will recognize her next time; she will be prepared for the typical over 60 male arrogances.
