"I get the urgency of wanting to move customers along when you are busy but not only was I told I was “a waste of time” with only with being able to see few rings. But when I simply asked about their white gold rings not only did the employee refused to show me those rings they also stated “oh no you don’t want that”. Unclear if it was just a bad day for them but customer service is a 0. Keep in mind my visit was no longer then 10 minutes."

"I wish I can give this place zero stars. One of the worst jewelry stores in Chicago. I received a necklace as a gift from here on June 1st of this year. Since then today was the third time taking it to get it fixed because the chain keeps breaking. So twice already my family had to pay $20 to get it fixed. So on top of the price of the chain it is another $40 to get it fixed. I am 31 qnd is veryyyyyy picky when it comes to my things and i take care very good care of things especiallly when it is a gift. We walked in and as soon as we walk in they start questioning me if i pulled on it. Why would my adult self pull on a chain?!?!?! The lady starts getting mad because I keep questioning in why the chain keeps breaking. They finally fixed the chain on the spot and the lady instead of speaking to me personally she is telling the other man "Ok it's fixed just give it to her, here just give it to her" alllllll while I was trying to speak to her and trying to explain to her I never pulled on it or even mess with it. I sometimes forget I even have it on. I am right there you couldn't have the common courtesty to hand me the chain yourself. I showed them. Facebook post I did of when I recieved the chain as proof that it has only been less than 6 months. I will NEVER go in that place again. They need to fire that lady or BBB needa to investiagte on what they are selling. It was over $200 the purchase so it wasn't a small amount either. I will posting pictures of the chain on FB as well because everyone needs to know and be aware of what they arw purchasing. DO NOT GO HERE. I suggest Omars on Milwaukee ave for better quality and better customer service."
