"Amazing experience, and georgous ring. I was looking for a replacement/20 year anniversary ring and found them online. I am in a different city, but their designs matched what I was looking for. I found a ring on their site that was perfect. We emailed back and forth a lot (a lot), and they were incredibly responsive - usually heard back within minutes. We did everything over email - extra photos, the many questions I had regarding clarity, sizing etc. They were honest and descriptive about the diamond, and understood that I was hesitant to purchase something so important without seeing it in person. They were patient and kind about it.The process took about a month, but it could have been quicker without pausing for the holidays, and my indecision.
