"The day I went to Michael's I was in a bit of a hurry I was looking for one specific thing they didn't have it but the things they didn't have I was like a kid in a candy store I didn't have the time that day but I plan to return nice plans for me a couple hours in there cuz they have so many neat things it's worth a trip if you like little Gadget and whatnot"

"I really like the store and the employees, my only complaint is that the decor for holidays is lackluster as of late and gone before it even gets close to the holiday. I suggest more ordering to last the entire holiday season so that all shoppers can enjoy what the store has to offer"

"Every time I come here the customer service is terrible. This recent time another customer asked me if I had seen anyone in the store because he had questions on where things were. The first time I came into the store a few months back, I had questions on where things were and the employee told me to go to the website and find which isle things are in which didn't help me much. What is the point of having any employees at all? I gave it two stars because the store is nice and orderly."

"I feel like Michael's is too big of a place to be so short-staffed it's really unfortunate. I know a lot of places are but it's sad. I placed an online order and needed it in a hurry. Almost 2 hours was coming up and I went to the store myself and put my order together; again sad. They didn't have items that I was looking for and I was really surprised."

"I have enjoyed their jewelry making supplies for years and recently stocked up on new beads. Their collection did not disappoint. Also, the sticker section was extensive and yielded good results in my personal shopping. However, I found that there were no unlined paper journals or scrapbooks that weren’t just photo albums. Also, the prices are a bit high. Nevertheless, I always find quality items here and would recommend the location."
