I also picked up a platinum bichir. I was really happy with the quality of the fish too, very healthy and not inbred. But most importantly, I got the chance to meet him and his son there at the fish swap and check out the rest of their awesome selection! I was so very appreciative he reached out to me, but even more so that he brought the fish with him and coordinated meeting me at the swap! Seriously he is a dedicated hobbyist and is very personal and a family oriented professional. I won't be buying from anywhere else expect J4 Aquatics just because he and his family made an incredible impression. I will always 1000% recommend!"
