"Huge shout out to front desk Irene! Five star all the way around. She had her hands full with other guests when we arrived. She handled everything very professionally. Our check in was seamless and our room is amazing. Arrived just in time to catch an eye catching sunset. Just wow! Aaron in the lounge/bar also deserves a shout out - the bar area was very busy yet he was attentive, has a great personality, and delivered 5 star service."

"This is a nice hotel that offers a pleasant stay with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The building itself is eye-catching from the street and they light it up really pretty at night. Staff is very friendly and responsive. Rooms could use just a little bit of TLC and attention to detail here and there. They come equipped with a fridge and shower but not a bathtub. Most of the rooms connect to another room and my neighbors were super loud well into the late evening. Room locks use secure NFC keys so they cannot be easily hacked."

"Shuttle driver pleasant and friendly. Hotel is very nice. The room was clean and quite large. I went to the bar area for dinner, it took over an hour but they said it was busy. It was hot and tasty when i got it but I wasn't happy with the portion for the price. 2 piece fish and fries . For the wait they did comp my beverage . Breakfast buffet was so delicious .Friendly staff , very very nice hotel ."

"I tired to book with them the other day the big fat lady at the front desk that look a dinosaur had a bad attitude and was very rude. Did not give welcoming vibes at all . Not to mention she pulled out a contract that said I couldn’t bring no cake or cupcakes what type of hotel doesn’t allow cake. Overall I’d suggest get better receptionists in the front that’s how you lose business with that attitude. It was definitely not needed because I booked with them last year and I didn’t have any problems at all ."

"I was here unexpectedly to assist my nieces on the affairs of their father that recently passed. I can't sleep at night so I came downstairs. I had the opportunity to meet Lola the Night Auditor. She expressed her condolences to me and my family. Her warmth and genuine concern was remarkable. She stated anything she could do to make my stay more enjoyable just to let her know. She was the gold standard of excellence customer service. More employees should take her lead."
