"Once again I tried using your app to place a SAME DAY DELIVERY ORDER.and once again was extremely disappointed. A couple weeks ago I placed an order which said it was would be delivered within an hour. FOUR hours later I called the store to see what happened - they put me on hold, NEVER came back to the phone but while i was on hold i all of the sudden get a message saying my order is on its way so i waited thinking the manager would have the courtesy to pick up the call and tell me what was going on and it was obvious that they forgot about it. I finally just hung up. Now yesterday AGAIN I placed an order for same day delivery they charged me and sent an email that it was confirmed and I waited and waited and finally at 10pm I tried chatting on the app...3 different agents left the chat after i confirmed my info and order number. finally the 4th one told me i had to call the store. So I called the store and 4 times they picked up and hung up the phone so i continued to call until they finally picked up the phone..the girl who didnt even know you can place a delivery order on the Walgreens app said oh yea your order has been ready for awhile..I said ok well that doesnt do me any good i need it here. She talked to somebody and said oh no its being delivered tomorrow at 10am. Well I had to run out to a store at 10pm to buy what I needed and when i went back on the app to cancel they told me I cant cancel because the courier was already set up and i needed to call the store AGAIN. After all of that I was NOT going to try to call the store where the employee doesnt even know what is going on or how the app even works. Now I am at work and will have a delivery sitting on my porch all day until i get home this evening and hope that it doesnt get stolen as it has valentines gifts in it for my kids. I have never been so disgusted with a store ever. the customer service is horrendous and every time I try the app to order there is an issue. this is at the store on 95th and Cicero in Oak Lawn, Illinois. Somebody needs to train the staff there and teach them customer service because they are just rude and dont answer the phone unless you call back to back and not give up until they answer."

"I was sent to pick up at the Pharmacy and was treated very rudely by the cashier guy in Pharmacy. He was a young, Caucasian male. He verbally stated he did not want to give me the items & needed to call the recipient. He had a nasty attitude the whole time he spoke with me from the moment I showed up. He said to me, " your just a _________". I filled in the blank for him and said, driver. He needs to worry about his job and don't worry about my position. This is EXACTLY why I don't want to work with people like him, but the world is not happy until I do. The difference between me and him is, I HAVE REASON TO SAY WHAT I SAY ABOUT PEOPLE FROM MY OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. You people are just a bunch of nasty bullies who joined together in harassing me. Too bad for all of you that I just don't care about your opinion of me. Mind your business."

"I called the pharmacy to ask about the status of my prescription on Jan 8 since my doctor approved the refill Jan 7. the guy I spoke to said he would take care of it. I waited over a week and no calls. That means they didn't process the refill. I called again on Jan 19 to follow up and they put me on hold for over 20 mins. It's ridiculous. I have been using this Pharmacy for a long time and have never had a problem like this. Maybe because I no longer see the good people who worked there when the management was good at that time on this Pharmacy. They are so slow now a days and don't even care when the line for pick up is too long. They are VERY VERY SLOW. Management should train these PEOPLE for better services otherwise this pharmacy should be closed."

"Called the store location today 01/11/24 @ 8:20am to refill a prescription. Was on hold for 11 minutes. I finally got thru to Maria who immediately told me to hold on, and she put me on hold. After about 30 secs, she transferred me to a number that just rang and rang, and eventually disconnected. I called back again. Waited 14 minutes, and again Maria answered, and she immediately put me on hold again. The call was transferred and disconnected after several minutes. She needed to be reprimanded. If she doesn't like her job, she needs to find another. I'm sure this is happening to many customers who call this Walgreen's. I'm probably the only one who has taken time to let this be known. I hope this review finds its way to the proper personnel, and these incidents are mentioned to her. But it probably won't. These calls need to be monitored. This can not be tolerated."

"Is the worst pharmacy and stuff ever they’re delaying any prescription even if it’s front of them eyes, they will say is out of stock. I have been waiting for my (EyeDrop) for five Hours first it was delay because of the insurance issue(As they say.!) Then after one hour on Call Hold they respond and the lady first said My prescription is out off the stock and I have to wait over the weekend to Mon, and when I asked to speck with the specialist pharmacist and to check if it’s available in other location because of Im in pain, she return back and say I see it we do have it come back with another one hour. First she doesn’t want to do her job not honest and doesn’t care about other people pain and sickness"
