"Once again Mariano’s fails. Called to verify closing time on Christmas eve (6pm) from the pharmacy as a needed prescription had to be picked up. Arrived to store at 540pm to find it locked and security letting customers out and telling me they are closed! 20mins early after verification! I pleaded with security to get the manager as I have made the special trip in the freezing cold only to be turned away from a needed prescription that could not wait! After letting out 20+ more customers, I begged security to get manager. As security is arguing with me and ignoring me as well, finally at 550 he went to get manager. Well, didnt get manager, just asked, finally allowed me in while still arguing with Me. I got my prescription and left was back to my car at 558pm. Still before actual closing. This is not the first time with this as on Easter pharmacy closed for the day without posting or advertising they would be. Many customers upset that day! Check reviews and think to go elsewhere as this marianos has seen better days!"

"This is the best pharmacy! Everyone is so nice there. It is a pleasure to pickup my prescriptions. No long line and efficient times to actually get the medication filled. The one pharmacist Maggie is super nice too. When I get my dogs' medication filled, we talk about our dogs and she's really helpful and nice. I feel really welcome. Thank you!"

"Very satisfied with this pharmacy. My dog was placed on an anti-seizure medication which turned out to be extremely expensive at many pharmacies. Mariano's pharmacy was able to get me a much lower price and the Pharmacist was extremely knowledge and pleasant. I was beyond impressed with Nick who assisted me both over the phone and in person. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and made the transaction very simple- Perfect example of what everyone in the customer service industry should strive for!"

"I wish I had good things to say, but Jackie is extremely cold and mean, and for someone in the customer service field, I feel sorry for her. CVS or Walgreens (or a different Mariano’s) would be a better option."
