"Do not come here All I needed was a few roll pins removed from my watch so it could have a better fit. The watch was sent back 3 times for the same issue and every time I came back nothing was fixed. If you don’t want to do warranty work, just say that. But do not waste peoples time by telling them to come pick up their item when it is in fact not fixed. This was also over the course of 3 months"

"Poor costumer service. I came into the store to pick up my wedding ring and the workers didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in. After waiting by the cash register several minutes I finally asked how long it will take them to help me out. The guy was very apologetic but the lady gave me an ugly look. This lady shouldn't be working in customer service. For future purchases I'll be going elsewhere. This is not the first time it happens and it was the same lady the other times as well."
