Effect of original waterfall sheers were underwhelming, Prestige agreed and agreed to replace with different brand (CMP) which are very nice. Appreciate their diligence to make it right. "We signed a contract with Prestige on November 15 to have our patio extended with a pergola and some other additional features. We took bids from three companies and chose prestige based on neighbor recommendation, Cassandra and her amazing design work and professionalism and Prestige’s overall quality. We are almost 3 months in and there is nothing to show for. We have held up our end of the deal with payment, choice of colors and materials and HOA application and contract and yet our project crew and company has left us doubting our decision. This has been a very frustrating and slow process. You might want to consider other options if length of project from start to finish and customer communication is important to you."
