"Always enjoy it and the kids enjoy it too. The only thing that they could do better is have security at the door so you know that every child is leaving with the right adult. Other than that great place. The family has a membership there. Like I said it's just a fun for the adults if you put your mind into having fun."
"This place is absolutely the best trampoline place I been to and they are the only one that has the hang glide where you can fly around the building inside. My kids love this place, i think it is so amazing."
"The kids always have a fun time here and they have massage chairs for the adults which is always fun. I would go with the membership plan as it's much more affordable than single used tickets."
"Just okay for the price but they have a several opportunities for improvement: cleanliness, front counter/check in staff, and keeping things stocked. I know the place is full of kids running around but spilled drinks in the matted play area, candy and crushed snacks all over the floors, and they are just tracking them from one place to the next. There is no organization to the front check in counter and the line takes forever; don't waste your time making a reservation online to save time at check-in (you still have to wait!). And half of the items for purchase (which are large, flashy displays in the sitting area) either don't work or aren't stocked. Could easily be a 5-star experience with some minor changes/accountability with management."
