"It is a very busy season for pool builders in 2021, however, I would expect a reply of some sort from a company when you reach out to them for services, especially a purchase this size. After filling out their contact page and calling them to leave a message, I have yet to hear anything from them - multiple weeks after the fact. I hear that Artesian is a smaller builder and picks their projects, not taking all requests. Again, that's fine, but let your potential customers know where they stand at least."
