Method Pools is a general contractor and store located at 1300 West Main Street in Waxahachie, Texas. We serve the surrounding areas of Midlothian, Maypearl, Red Oak, Ovilla, Glenn Heights, Ennis, Palmer, and Ferris. Our services include pool service, repair, and construction. Please note that visits are by appointment only. Contact us at 972-765-3294 for service and repair inquiries, and 972-607-9718 for construction requests. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

"We have been using Method Pool service for almost a year now. EXCELLENT service. Robin is our pool technician and is awesome at his job! He is always there no matter rain/shine/cold, always approximately the same day/time each week as agreed upon. Robin knows our pump system and we have never had issues with the chemical balances since he has been servicing our pool. We also have 2 fur babies and if they are out and about in the backyard, he handles them as well without issue. Robin also is very timely on the service, gets the job done and gets out. I feel he is a very valuable employee. He also answers any questions I have had. Thank you for a job well done."
"I’ve used this company for 6-7 years now and I will continue to use them. Last year one of my pipes burst due to the winter storm so I called Grant and he was completely understanding. He fixed the pipe and answered questions I had. Of course, some issues popped up in previous years however, my pool tech and Grant were always in touch. I highly recommend their service."
"We HIGHLY recommend Method Pools. They have serviced/repaired our pool for FOUR YEARS. I can't say enough wonderful things about Grant and Misty!! We have exceptionally high expectations, and they always go above and beyond to take care of us! I would give them 10 stars for customer service, timeliness, communication and more! I would skip over any negative reviews, because we've never had those experiences with this amazing company. Below is a recent photo of our pool. "All around bad service! I should’ve read the reviews, they completely stopped servicing our pool (without our knowledge) over a misunderstanding. I called and left messages and after the second message, Misty called back to tell me she had emailed me....WITH AN ATTITUDE! The communication between the company with me (the customer) was horrible. We asked to get our pool inspected as they had just been hired to do our pool services, she stated they couldn’t do it my husband asked why, seeing this is a service they offer and she stated they just didn’t have the time. So ok, that’s fine, we can’t do anything about that. We just had to find someone else. Long story short, we came into town to get things out of our pool house and storage and our pool was GREEN! I called and left messages and finally I spoke with Misty and she stated they STOPPED doing our services because we got upset that they didn’t do our I inspection as well as I asked too many questions when it came to the services they we’re supposed to be providing. (A service I was to pay for). The worst part about this is NO ONE had enough decency to pick up the phone and give us a call to say they weren’t going to do our service! HORRIBLE customer service! So after a MONTH when we drive 7 hours into town, this is what we see! Won’t go into all the details as there are so many, I would just use another company! Period! Save yourself the trouble and READ the reviews, I wish I would’ve. They said they made attempts as we didn’t, which is incorrect. She said my husband CANCELED service, which isn’t true, we never canceled. She also stated that the water was too low, just put water in the pool (if this was truly the water level, why not turn on the hose? Why did you NOT have the chemicals you needed? You’re a pool company....but HONESTLY that’s not the issue either...the tech they sent out did NOT have everything he needed so he called another tech to ask if the could bring something to him but they couldn’t. Therefore I called and asked about the cleaning because I hadn’t heard ANYTHING from MP and Misty said someone had did the work on my pool which hadn’t been done, my realtor called them out on it and that’s were this disconnect began. When I called on numerous occasions, she said they’d emailed and I explained on more than two occasions that I didn’t receive anything from her, maybe it’s going to my spam. I don’t know! But again, you see all the reviews on bad communication, why not pick up a phone and call your customers as well as an email? Either way, the new home owners have been BLESSED with a PHENOMENAL guy that now has our swamp of a looking pool like an oasis.There was never an invoice because there was NO done! This is just horrible, even if she THOUGHT we hung up on her...which we didn’t, be professional enough to say; (ON THE PHONE) Hey I just think we should part ways, instead do nothing and let someone’s pool get to this level of care. I wish you’d not be so offended and say; you know what...maybe these customers might just be 1/4 right about our communication. What can we different? Read your own reviews!"
