"At or about 8:30 AM today I walked into Lowe’s pro center. I was first greeted by young man with a hat on by the door, and then I asked for gauge from doors. The young man had no idea after several temps when he would come in or if he was even coming in today. The young man turned to an older woman sitting down by the first desk chair. She asked me if I worked here which I said no she told me she could not give me any information if he was coming in or not.. I was told that I could just walk back there, which I did not want to do. She told me that I would need to go to customer service. She seemed to take pleasure and telling me no several times when I asked her if she could page for Gage or call customer service and ask them I spoke to Jason from garden on the phone and explain the situation. Bottom line is that there was absolutely zero customer service and More of a refusal to help. Not happy. IF you can’t do anything past sitting on a chair at pro service and your can’t pick up a phone then what can your really do?"

"Pretty much always have what I need and normally not too crowded when it isn't a holiday. Most of the staff are helpful and quite a few military veteran employees there, always like to see fellow vets employed."

"I must say Chet and Junior have been very helpful when needing cabinets. Unfortunately Dorthy in appliance was extremely rude and hateful to me and my workers on multiple occasions. I will take all future business across the road where they gladly serve "all customer" with professionalism"

"Just called and was on the phone for a total of eight minutes. Just wanted the specials on appliances and after customer service answered the phone for the second time I asked her if she could just tell me she said no appliances has the deals. They didn’t answer again and after her picking up for the third time she finally tells me the deals after asking someone else. Her name is Nicole and it’s just sad that a customer can’t be given a simple answer of “you know what I don’t know, but let me figure it out as I can’t seem to get the correct department to answer the phone for you.” It’s fine if you don’t know the answer but there is always a way to figure it out. Do better!"
