"Academy's choice to make a continual line of 20 min+ to check out makes any savings no longer worth it. A recent return of a baseball glove was handled horribly. Liked coming here before many times. $200 gift card and no snaking single checkout line earns my business back, no less. If another store has this checkout process, I will immediately leave."
"This is more for the online aspect and in store. It is so difficult to have anything delivered to my address and I I don't get why. In this day and age how hard is it to use a GPS. Like these people couldn't hit the broad side of a tractor. Staff at night is rude practically have to find it all yourself. The deals online are ridiculous b/c it tries to claim my debit card is a prepaid card when I try to use their split payment option. Just a pain to shop here and when I find something I like they claim "Better hurry, last one left!". SMH. Get it together people or you'll be next locking your doors."
