"Very disappointed. Dropped off my dog, mini doodle, to get her winter coat trimmed. I keep her coat very well brushed, clean, and maintained. Agreed with the groomer to the length and round face. Picked up my dog completely shaved. Almost entirely uneven. There was noticeable shave marks on top of her head, back, and belly. No Knicks though. When I picked her up I let the groomer know this is not what I asked for. She said she would let the groomer know who did cut her. I texted the number that I was disappointed and asked for the name of who did groom my dog to avoid next appointment. No response. Almost 3 weeks went by for a chance to respond. Nothing. So not only disappointed in the grooming service but also customer service. I wouldn't recommend going here to anyone. I would give zero stars if possible."

"I took my male kitties there for bathing and a nail cut. It took less than two hours and the cost was very reasonable. I was so excited to see them. My kitties looked so clean and smelled so good. And on top of that All Star put little bow ties on them. The staff was so friendly and appeared to be so gentle and caring with my pets. I can't wait to take them back for more services."

"Took my Great Pyrenees here for the first time they let me bring her in on the same day even though she is a lot of work, it was super convenient after Petco cancelled on me for being a few minutes late. They did an amazing job, you can tell they are loving and care about animals. It’s been 2 weeks and my dog still feels super smooth and soft and her shedding had significantly decreased. I’ll make sure to recommend this place to my friends and family can’t wait to take her back here love it!"
