"Have generally been a fan until recently. Prices are good...pretty much unbeatable, and selection is good. However, recently I looked on their website at a price for food for my dog. And online it says that prices in store would be better. Once I got to the store, picked it up, and got home, I looked at the receipt and realized I'd been swindled--it was actually a few dollars HIGHER than the website had stated. When I called, it took two days to speak with the manager, who then told me that the website was wrong and that there was nothing she could do about it. I should have ordered it from the website. Most people would consider this false advertising. All she had to do was tell me it was wrong, but make me feel warm & fuzzy by refunding the difference. But instead, I'll be done doing business with them."
