"Went in looking for pants for my grandson. They had nothing in his waist size of 34'. It was either 28' or 38'. I looked at different colors, no luck. I looked at different styles, still no luck. I realize it's a very busy shopping time, but ordering enough merchandise well before Christmas in ALL sizes, especially popular ones, would've been better for customers. Next time I need something in a specific size, I'm not sure I would shop here."

"Clean store that is well stocked. Good variety of stuff here from clothing to kitchen items. Very long line to pay sometimes which is unfortunate, but the line typically moves pretty quick. Great that they have the Amazon returns kiosk here. Nice to get a coupon to use in store when you do your Amazon returns also. Great decision by Amazon and Kohl's to partner up like that. Folks may not even intend to buy something, but then they get a coupon and say to themselves, I guess I can find something I want!"
