"If I could give this place zero stars I would. Took my dog in for a simple bath. Got a call 30 minutes later that my dog was on the way to the vet with a broken tooth and cut tongue. Get to vet my dog was soaking wet, shivering, and covered in poop. Petsmart claims it happened while she was in the kennel and swears she was only in there for a minute. Now my dog has to go see a vetinary dental specialist because her tooth is broke off in half and the root is exsposed. If you care about your pet don't take them here!!!"

"I had high hopes for the grooming salon because all the groomers I met were so nice. Unfortunately, I was disappointed in their service. When I dropped my puppy off, I was pleasantly surprised that the people in front remembered her from when I brought her for a sanitary trim a few weeks prior. I dropped her off for her appointment and they told me it would probably be 1.5 to 2.5 hours. I specifically told them that I wanted her paw pads shaved and her sanitary area cleaned up some more, even though that's supposed to come with the bath. Also, I told them they could try grinding her nails but didn't know if she'd be okay with it as she doesn't like loud noises. Almost 5 hours later, I did not hear anything from them so I just went back to the store because I was starting to worry. Once they seen me waiting, they brought her out like she was ready to go. They said it took longer because she didn't like the dryer, which is understandable. I loved the little green bow they put in her hair for St. Patrick's day. Once I paid and took her to the car I started looking at her nails. They did not look like they were grinded (which they charged me for) or even cut at all. I called back and asked if they grinded her nails and they said no that they forgot to take it off the bill. They gave me a refund for it, so no harm no fowl. They also did not shave her paw pads at all. So I left my dog there for 5 whole hours and they didn't even shave her paw pads or trim her nails. She also still had burrs in the fur around her butt that I had to brush out when we got home. I don't have any problems with the store itself. I might give the grooming salon another try but with a different groomer. If the quality of service is still bad, I will have to bring my puppy elsewhere."
