"Im a 1st time grooming customer. Was able to get in same day, which wasn't necessary, but worked out great. All we had done was a nail trim and buffing. I have a rescue dog, who is extremely scared out in public and we established a vet at tge animal hospital, but it is always so busy and so chaotic there. Maizy's heart would race, she'd shake, even with me right there with her. Kylie cut her nails without cutting into the quicks, I could hear her talking to my dog the whole time, reassuring her. She was gentle, caring and very nice. I'll definately be back to book with her!!!"
