"For the most part, a very pleasant stay! We had an issue with the jacuzzi in our original room but the staff were quick to offer us a different room. Which surprised me since this is considered an online, contactless hotel. Rooms were both very charming with the 2 fireplaces, a balcony, spiral staircase & loft. Beds were comfortable, too. A few minor cosmetic flaws but didn't bother us. Overall, would likely stay here again & recommend to others."

"A wonderful weekend getaway. The Lake Como sunsets were gorgeous and we loved morning coffee with a beautiful lake view. Our room had a cozy couch and sitting area to read as a summer storm came in over the lake. Check-in/out was super easy and location is perfect to walk to local restaurants. Kevin with Pierless Boat Rentals was great to work with and had a pontoon ready for us when we arrived. The Inn is a quick drive to downtown Lake Geneva for shopping, restaurants etc., but also a perfect distance to enjoy the peace and quiet of lake living."

"Such a beautiful place! We had a loft room. LOVED the second fireplace by the whirlpool bathtub, it felt so luxurious. The lake views from the windows were really special. Such a nice gathering room, would be perfect if traveling with a group."
