"If I could give Helzberg Cielo Vista 10 stars, I would!! I wanted to upgrade my wedding ring for my husband & I’s 10 year wedding anniversary. We had shopped around at other stores and quite frankly, they barely gave us the time of day. We went to Helzberg a couple of weeks ago and I fell in love with a ring, but Julissa, who was helping us let us know that they were having an event where the Jeweler would be by and have more options to show us. We showed up to the store for the event and from the moment we walked in everyone was so friendly and so helpful. The jeweler alongside Julissa & Samantha walked us through different settings, different shaped stones, I showed them some pictures of a few rings that I wanted to grab inspo from and together, we built my dream ring from scratch. Every single person there gave us amazing customer service, went above and beyond, great conversation and made the experience extra special for me. I left with my dream ring just 30 minutes later.
