"Brought in vehicle for oil change.Got called once it was done with the seat moved all the way to the back, when attempting to move seat forward so i can drive it seat would no longer move up was just moving from left to right which should not happen. When I asked if I can have someone come help me they employee right away knew that I was needing help fixing my seat they stated Oh the seat? I was told to come in the next day to speak with manager to get car seat problem addressed. At this time i could not even reach the gas petal i had to be at the very edge of my seat.Came to the store the next day to talk to manager Jaime who then stated they did not break the seat and that that was damaged prior to the oil change. How was the seat damaged prior to the oil change if the associate was able to move it back and he even stated he moved the seat back. After them working with it it would no longer move up at all. Ive had my oil changed multiple times and they always move my seat up with no problems and im able to move it back. This time i cannot even move it forward just left to right which a car seat should not even be able to do."
