"TERRIBLE SERVICE!‼️‼️ Me and My husband bought 3 custom made blinds and the installation a couple of weeks ago. The blinds were delivered on Saturday 02/17/2024. I called the store on Monday 02/19/2024 to let them know that my blinds were delivered. They said that it would take 24 to 48 for them to send someone to install them. We called AGAIN on Wednesday 02/21/2024 and they were not aware that my blinds were sitting in my garage since FRIDAY. My husband Abraham Lopez had to go to Lowe’s yesterday because clearly they are never going to send someone any time soon. I’ve been waiting for my blinds for a week now. We just bought the house and we’ve been without blinds for a whole week because they don’t pay attention to what they are doing and they don’t care. IF YOU ARE NOT CAPABLE OF DOING A SERVICE. DONT OFFER IT. We BARELY spoke with the person in charge of installing the blinds and he said it’s going to be done until Wednesday 02/28/2024.l that Lowes barely notified them today that our blinds were delivered. We paid A LOT FOR THE BLINDS AND INSTALLATION FOR THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LOWES AT ALL."
"Bad customer service and incompetent management to address the issue. I purchased a washer and dryer back on Dec. 4th with a delivery date for Dec. 18th. On Dec. 18th they sent an email that the appliances would not be delivered until Dec. 24th. On Dec. 24th, I got another email that the washer and dryer would not be delivered until Feb. 18th. After speaking to customer service and several managers at this store, the answer was that the supplier could not deliver until Feb. 18th. They had no explanation or apology for giving me a delivery date for Dec. 18 and Dec. 24 or a guarantee that my appliances would be delivered on Feb 18. On Dec. 26th I ordered the same washer and dryer from Home Depot and had it delivered and installed by Jan. 2nd. I'm writing this review to make consumers aware of the deceptive practices used by this store to try and keep you from purchasing your products at other stores. If Lowe's would have informed me of the long expected delivery on my appliances, I would have gone with Home Depot initially."

"As a former successful employee and now long time customer with Lowe's and a true supporter of my former Store#1146 colleagues.. I am a professional in the construction industry and fully understand Lowe's Pros services and " Customer Service " but my experience Today Dec 6th 2023 at the El Paso Montana Location was very very disappointing.. I make many purchases with Cash and Credit.. At this particular moment I didn't have all my receipts. I had partial receipts... I purchased (16) $3.00 items from the plumbing department.. I wanted to exchange for them for the correct item..A $45 purchase.. I accidentally bought Female vs Male adapters. The Store manager needs to be aware that the MOD Luis Arias has No Customer Service Skill set , He lacks the Basic understanding of Repeat Business, Business Relationships and How that effects average tickets sales.... " I merely wanted an even exchange for the correct product." I wasn't Returning a HIGH PRICED ITEM.... I did purchase what I needed but I will make sure I don't do business there any more...Apparently your Return Policy has been Modified with in the past 3-6 weeks which SHOULD CLEARLY BE POSTED and isn't. Which I was unaware of. I will definitely not do business there again..."
