"After being referred to Kathy's office and several promising initial new client meetings, I regret to say I've not had a good experience post-filing of the tax return. I've requested an explanation of our tax return via several phone calls and emails, none of which have been returned. Once I finally managed to get ahold of someone and was told an explanation would be provided, one was not. Now I am finding out through our initial referral, that we did not provide our prior year taxes (not true) nor that we received the refund we did the prior year (also not true). I am extremely frustrated by the lack of communication or response."
